工程地质与海洋测绘室
工程地质与海洋测绘室主要从事海洋测绘与制图、高分辨率海洋地球物理调查、海洋工程地质勘察与评价、工程泥沙测验与研究、海域使用论证与海洋经济研究等方面的工作。下设测量、工程地球物理、岩土工程、信息处理与制图、河口海岸、沉积地貌、泥沙动力学等专业组和实验室。
拥有国内领先的海洋测绘、海岸与离岸工程勘察的工程技术、专业队伍和仪器装备。同时开展海底探测与原位测试技术、海底基础工程与灾害地质、河口海岸过程与工程效应、海洋专业数据库与信息系统等领域的应用基础研究,在水面和水下导航定位、高精度高分辨率水下地形地貌调查、水下沉物与构筑物探测和检测、海底声学地层剖面探测、工程地质钻探与原状岩芯采集、岩土力学试验、海洋泥沙运动及其对海洋工程影响分析、海洋工程地质条件综合评价、CAD制图等方面积累了丰富的经验。在海洋工程选址与勘察、水下工程施工质量与安全检测、近海环境地质和灾害地质研究、港口与航道整治研究、海岸带资源的可持续开发利用与区域海洋经济研究等方面形成了特色和优势。
近十余年来,先后完成一系列重大的海洋工程选址、勘察和专项研究项目。如宁波深水港域港口自然环境资源调查,舟山大小洋山建港自然条件研究,中日、中美、环球、亚太光缆2号、C2C等国际光缆的路由论证和勘测,东海平湖、春晓等油气田的油气外输工程及舟山岙山—宁波镇海进口原油海底输油管道网的选址和管道路由调查研究,跨杭州湾海底管道工程勘察和检测,南海番禺、惠州油田开发工程场址调查,杭州湾大桥、港珠澳大桥、象山港大桥工程的测量和勘察,浙江沿海码头、电厂场址的测量和勘察,等等。获得了良好的社会和经济效益,在国内外拥有很高声誉。
Deportment of Engineering Geology MappingThe department of engineering geology and marine mapping is mainly engaged in marine charting, high resolution marine geophysical survey, engineering geology reconnaissance and evaluation, engineering sediment measurement and economic research. It is composed by several sub-professional groups and labs, including mapping, geotechnical engineering, information processing, estuary and coast, sedimentation and sediment dynamics.
The department has professional survey staff and advanced equipments in ocean engineering survey and mapping for inshore and offshore project, and has plenty of experience in applied fundamental research, submarine positioning and navigation, high precision and high resolution geophysical survey, engineering drill and CAD mapping etc.
In recent ten years, by carrying out a series of ocean engineering site selection, survey and special projects, the department has achieved high reputation in ocean engineering survey and obtained social and economic benefits as well.
工程水文与海洋气象室
工程水文与海洋气象室主要从事海洋、近岸工程可行性研究及规划中关于环境要素的勘测、计算和预测工作。它下设海洋气象、潮位、波浪、潮流、泥沙及仪器专业组或实验室。
工程水文与海洋气象室技术力量雄厚,仪器装备先进。水文气象要素的观测实现了自动化,并在近海锚系测流、ADCP走航测流、漫滩区潮流观测及恶劣环境下波浪长期观测等方面积累了经验;此外,在风暴潮、台风浪数值预报、潮位、潮流的预报及工程水文设计要素计算上,逐渐形成了自己的风格和特色,技术达到了国内先进水平。
近年来完成一批大型工程项目工程可行性研究及设计阶段海洋环境要素的观测、计算和分析工作,如杭州湾跨海大桥、舟山大陆连岛工程、港珠澳跨海大桥、象山港跨海大桥及舟山兴中岙山20万吨级原油码头、宝钢马迹山25万吨级矿石中转码头、近海电厂工程等。获得了良好的社会和经济效益,在国内相关领域享有较高的知名度。
Department of Hydrology & MeteorologyDepartment of Hydrology & Meteorology is mainly engaged in survey, computation and forecasting of marine environmental elements for feasibility research and programming of ocean and near-shore engineering. It has specialty working groups or laboratories of meteorology, tide level, sea wave, tide current, sediment and instrument. It also recruits the Master graduate student in the maior of Estuary and Near-shore Dynamics.
Solid in technology, advanced in instrument equipment, and antomatic in observations of hydrological and meteorological elements, has accumulated rather experience in the observation fields such as measuring current with mooring system in the offshore area, underway current survey with ship-mounted ADCP, tide current observation in the floodplain area and long-term wave observation under the severe environmental condition. Besides on the numerical forecasting of storm surge and typhoon wave, forecasting of tide level and current and computation of hydrological design parameters for ocean engineering, it has gradually formed its own style and characteristic and reached the domestic advanced level.
In recent years, the department has completed a batch of feasibility researches, surveys, computations and analyses of marine environmental elements for large scale projects on the design phase, such as Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge Project, Linking Engineering of the Mainland to Islands of Zhoushan, Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Cross Sea Bridge Project and Xiangshan Port Cross Sea Bridge Project, and engineering for Aoshan 200kt crude oil pier of Zhoushan Xingzhong Corporation, Majishan 250kt ore transfer pier of Baoshan Steel Corporation and inshore power plants etc., getting good society and economic benefits. It enjoys higher reputation in the domestic related fields.
海洋工程规划设计室
海洋工程规划设计室是从事海岸工程研究、规划和设计的专业部门,拥有经验丰富、梯次合理的技术人员队伍。服务领域涉及海岸工程规划、可行性研究、新型海岸工程研究、常规海岸工程设计、海岸工程风险分析等。近年来已获部级海岸工程设计金、银、铜奖共6项。由本室技术人员发明的栅栏式防波堤、用于软土地基处理的现浇薄壁筒桩已在海岸工程、公路工程、水利工程、工民建工程方面得到广泛应用,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Planning and design departmentPossessed of abundant experienced technical personnel,the planning and design department is a specialized organization for port & coastal engineering research, planning and design. Its service includes port & coastal engineering planning, feasibility study, new coastal project study, general coastal project design and risk analysis, etc. Until now, it has earned 6 coastal project design golden, silver, and copper prizes at the ministry level. The cast-in-situ concrete tubular piling foundation and the closed piling breakwater were invented by its technical personnel, which are used widely in port & coastal engineering, highway project, hydro project, industrial and civil construction and acquired better benefit in society and economy.
土木工程基础试验检测中心
土木工程基础试验检测中心是浙江省最早从事桩基、软土地基试验检测的单位之一,技术人员的足迹遍布国内10多个省、市、自治区,涉及工民建、公路、水运、市政、水利、铁路等行业。是浙江省建设工程桩基检测甲级证书持证单位;拥有一支包括岩土工程、地球物理、土木工程、测试技术等多专业、多学科技术人员组成的测试队伍,备有多台套国内外先进的工程质量检测、工程物探勘查、地质灾害检测防治等方面的先进仪器设备。丰富的试验检测经验加上精良的仪器设备,构成了雄厚的技术实力,可为委托方提供综合性试验检测咨询服务。
The civil engineering foundation testing center which holds class A certificate for pile foundation & soft soil foundation testing issued by Zhejiang provincial government, is one of the first units engaged in geotechnical engineering and geophysical detecting. Its working scopes are related to industrial and civil construction, highway construction, port & coastal engineering, water conservancy, and railroad construction, etc. With the experienced technical personnel from several specialized subjects and series of advanced equipments, it can provide integrated service of engineering quality testing, geophysical detecting, geologic hazard detecting and prevention.
海洋环境监测评价中心
海洋环境监测评价中心是浙江省从事环境影响评价业务最早的环评机构之一,也是浙江省拥有国家海洋局颁发的海洋监测资质的单位之一。配备有环评工作所需的各类监测仪器设备。近年来,海洋环境监测评价中心在公平竞争的前提下,积极开展环评业务,承接并完成的环评项目总计有100余项,涉及范围有交通、港口、码头、修造船厂、污水处理、沿海电厂、围垦工程、人工鱼礁、水产养殖、石化、医药、轻工、市政工程建设等。通过努力,海洋环境监测评价中心在海洋及海岸工程的环评工作中逐渐形成自己的特色和优势。
随着本部门不断发展壮大,业务范围也不断拓展,现主要从事的业务领域有环境影响评价、海域使用可行性论证、海洋环境监测以及与本专业有关的海洋科学研究等。
Oceanic environmental monitoring assessment center (OEMAC) is one of the earliest institutions engaged in environmental impact assessment operation in Zhejiang Province, and one of the units in possession of oceanic monitoring competence awarded by SOA in Zhejiang Province. OEMAC owns different kinds of monitoring equipments demanded by EIA work.
In recent years, under fair competition, OEMAC energetically developed EIA operation, having totally carried on and finished over 100 EIA items. These items involved in communication、port、jetty、dockyard、sewage disposal、coastal electricity、inning engineering、artifical reef、aquatic breeding、petrochemical、medicament、light industry、municipal engineering construction and so on. Through hard work, OEMAC has gradually formed its own work features and advantages in the EIA work of oceanic and coastal engineering.
Along with the sustaining development and grandness, the operation range of OEMAC has expansed costanthy. The main fields which OEMAC is engaged in are environmental impact assessment、marine usage feasibility argumentation、oceanic environment monitoring and marine science research related to the specialty.
