Quality Supervision & ControlWithin HOSDR, Quality assurance is seen as a strategic issue rather than as a prerequisite for prequalification on projects. It is the institute’s policy that quality be integrated into the fabric of the business and is the responsibility of all personnel.
HOSDR’s definition of quality is conformance with requirements with the aim of understanding fully clients’ requirements before project commencement and then executing the project in conformance with those requirements. This commitment to quality is to cornerstone of all HOSDR departments.
